Many hands make light work!

To make this event possible we need your help in three areas: Fundraising, Support Day-of, and Spreading the Word!

Specific Roles

We’re seeking leadership volunteers in two specific roles:

  • Fundraising Coordinator - serve as the main point of contact for all peer-to-peer fundraising efforts. Help teams use Givebutter and help them be the most successful fundraisers they can be!

  • Auction Coordinator - serve as the main point of contact for everything related to the auction. This is a key role in lead procurement efforts, organizing items as they’re procured, configuring the auction in Givebutter, and following up with auction item winners and item donors after the event.

  • Fundraise! Get people to sponsor you!

  • Recruit teammates for your team!

  • Rally members of the Greater Fitness Community and recruit whole teams!

  • Procure auction items

  • Secure event sponsors

During the Event

  • Athlete Relations

  • Athlete Support

  • Medical Support

  • Media (photo and video)
